Tender description
Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is looking to procure an asset management system to support the proactive reporting and monitoring of all assets, based on a wide range of performance indicators. The system will have the capability to allow the organisation to interrogate data on all assets to inform potential for rationalisation and review. There is a need to more effectively make use of assets, identify property rationalisation opportunities in conjunction with partner organisations and join up thinking across and beyond the boundaries of the business to ensure effective and efficient decision making that ultimately benefits the taxpayer.
