Tender description

The Trust wishes to implement a managed service contract to replace an existing managed service contract for the supply of Transfusion analysers, consumables, reagents maintenance, repair, training and regular review meetings and reports, to be implemented and closely managed for the duration of the Contract Systems are required for the Trustwide centralised transfusion laboratory based at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital (NSECH) - there are no transfusion laboratories on the Hexham, North Tyneside and Wansbeck sites. The analysers must be able to cope with current workload and the probability of a 10% increase.
