Tender description
“The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of home care and support services. Contracts will be for a period of 4 years commencing in February 2019. Please note this provision falls within Regulation 75(1), Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2016 (the “Light Touch Regime” (LTR) for Health, Social, Education and certain other service contracts). This regulation provides some flexibility with regards to procurement procedures. Home care and support services to support the independence and well-being of Sutton service users with care needs.
