Tender description

Pakistan — Humanitarian and Resilience Programme (PHARP) will work in selected areas to improve resilience of households and communities to both day to day shocks and stresses and potential large scale natural disasters. In the event of natural disasters, it will have a response capacity (protection and assistance) working to support government emergency response. The programme will also support a limited number of key strategic partnerships and prioritise learning. This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved.
