Why the Work is Being Done Digital No Wrong Door (DNWD) aims to integrate local and national digital health services to allow citizens to engage with any NHS service from any digital means. We aim to deliver this solution by the end of August 2019. Problem to Be Solved As the NHS increasingly embraces and invests in technology we want to ensure a high quality integrated experience for all digital health care interactions to encourage citizens to engage with the NHS by digital means. Who Are the Users As a Clinical Commissioning Group we want to provide one point of access to digital NHS Services so that the citizens of Liverpool can easily access appropriate digital services. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team The successful supplier will be expected to work with the System Development Team at Informatics Merseyside. Informatics Merseyside provide IT services and support to health and care organisations including Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group. Current Phase Discovery Work Location The work will take place in Liverpool, Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Groups's offices are based in the city center, Informatics Merseyside is based 7 miles from the city center close to Switch Island. Working Arrangments We would expect sessions for staff and public engagement to take place on both a group and 1 to 1 basis to ensure breadth and depth of engagement. Liaison with Informatics Merseyside should take the form of a mix of face to face, telephone and e-mail communications depending upon circumstances and scenarios that should arise. It would not be deemed unreasonable to request a meeting be held at a central location or at your own base of work. All expenses should be accounted for when proposing an approach to this solution.
