Provide development management services for the redevelopment of the Poplar Campus of New City College. NCC is seeking to appoint a Development Manager (“the Supplier” or “DM”) to lead and deliver the redevelopment of its Poplar Campus. The Poplar Campus provides an opportunity to bring forward a key strategic development. The opportunity is being promoted by the College, which has spent time assessing the opportunity and is now seeking a DM to help to deliver its vision and objectives.
