Tender description

The ACC Liverpool Group Ltd is looking to purchase a tracking drape system to be installed in the M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool. The successful Contractor is expected to design, manufacture and supply the system. The anticipated start date for installation is August 2019. The ACC Liverpool Group is looking to purchase a tracking drape system capable of quickly and easily reconfiguring the M&S Bank Arena venue into various different layouts to suit client requirements. To summarise; long hall and short hall configurations, stretched theatre style layouts, straight line and 30 degree angle configurations are to be included along with an independent system around the inner concourse capable of masking off the entire, or parts thereof, of the upper tiered seating area. The system should be controlled and designed to a specification that can easily be operated by 2 people from floor level. Both manually operated and automated systems will be considered. Lowering of the suspension method for inspection purposes or to replace damaged soft goods should also be considered. Organisations expressing an interest in tendering will be invited to a group site visit.
