Tender description

This agreement should enable Stirling Council in partnership with the SCMA to identify issues, particularly around uptake in areas of high vulnerability, and take steps to address these before 2020. The Scottish Government requires that we provide greater choice and flexibility to early years provision and the use of Childminders in conjunction with nursery care is expected to meet that demand. The SCMA will administer the Child Minding services for use within the Stirling Council area.
