London Borough of Waltham Forest is looking for consultancy services to assist with the following projects: • Benefits resilience processing: offsite processing of Housing Benefit - the Council requires a flexible approach to its demand led Benefits Service to provide processing support and ensure we deliver our statutory requirement for timely processing of new Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims as well as changes in circumstances. • Revenues & Benefits consultancy – Council Tax, Housing Benefit Overpayments and NNDR (National Non Domestic Rates) - we are seeking flexible approach to processing high volume work within our Revenues service to support collection and recover Council Tax, National Non Domestic Rates and to recover debts related to Housing Benefit overpayments. The council will use Dynamic Purchasing System to select the consultancy providers. It is planned to open the project for competition from 23 January 2019 and to 8 February 2019. Consultancy firms must be fully enrolled to Dynamic Purchasing System to participate in this competition. The DPS is run on technology platform www.sproc.net provided by adam.
