3-year programme with 2 additional 2-year options to deliver a Systems Engineering Masters programme within DE&S. To manage three academic year in-takes of students through to completion of their apprenticeships under the management of a lead provider organisation with options for up to 2 additional 2-year extensions. In addition to the provision of the academic modules, the provider would also be required to manage the advertisement of and selection onto the SEMAP scheme, monitoring student progress during both the academic and vocational aspects of the scheme including working with the function to match up students to placements, evaluating log books, organising and administrating the end point assessment. They would also be responsible for maintaining compliance of the scheme during the life of the contract, including monitoring and assessing the impact of changes to aspects such as standards, regulatory frameworks and organisational structures. A provider to manage 3 academic year intakes of DE&S Systems Engineers students through to completion of their apprenticeships with options for up to x 2 - 2-year extensions.In addition to providing the Level 7 academic modules, the provider would also manage the advertisement of and selection onto the SEMAP scheme, monitoring student progress during both the scheme’s academic and vocational aspects inc. working with the function to match students to placements, evaluating log books, organising and administering the end point assessment. They would also be responsible for complying with SEMAP for the contract duration, inc. monitoring and assessing the impact of changes to standards, regulatory frameworks and organisational structures.While travel and subsistence costs for students will not be priced in to the tender, it will have overall value for money implications therefore face-to-face training will be required to be delivered within a reasonable day's commute by road from DE&S’s UK locations.
