The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its full members consisting of 24 Universities. NWUPC set up and contract manage Framework Agreements which are established to ensure compliance with the European Procurement Regulations which cover public sector contracts over a certain threshold value. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for financial services — inclusive of audit, accountancy and taxation services for members of NWUPC, NEUPC, SUPC, LUPC and HEPCW. NWUPC are seeking the input of the market on a number of areas to help inform the structure of the framework and the scope of requirements.
