Tender description

The provision of an impartial, free and confidential advice service open to all residents across Aberdeenshire, which will primarily focus on advice relating to debt/money issues, welfare benefits, tax credits, and housing. The Provider shall provide Type I, Type II and Type III services to residents in Aberdeenshire (as defined by the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers Quality Assurance Framework (SNSIAP) 2009) and ensure compliance with relevant accreditation schemes as administered and introduced by the Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB).
