Village Renewals Environmental Improvements Schemes

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver of environmental improvement schemes in 4 rural villages in the Borough. The location of the works are Toomebridge, Moneyglass, Creggan and Killead within the Borough of Antrim & Newtownabbey Council. See Appendix A for specific locations. Project Scope – The works include (but are not confined to):- • Creation of new public footpaths on the public highway • Hard and soft landscaping areas • new fencing/gates and street furniture • provision of dropped kerbs, resurfacing works • provision of CAD drawings of post installation Project Complexity: Work will be undertaken within multiple live sites. The envisaged construction contract period is 12-14 weeks. Further information on this will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender Documentation.
