Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver Valley Leisure Centre Mini pitches refurbishment. See location plan in Annex A (formerly Zest Pitches). Project Scope – The contract will include the following works: • The replacement of existing synthetic surfacing on the remaining four number 5-a-side pitches with replacement macadam layer, 3G synthetic surfacing and shock pad • Ancillary works including upgrading the existing pitch drainage, modifications to fencing and new rebound boards • Provision of a new asphalt footpath for spectators • provision of CAD drawings of post installation Project Complexity: Busy Leisure Centre location, stakeholder input, liaison with leisure centre staff and utilities. The envisaged construction contract period is 10 weeks. Further information on this will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender Documentation.
