Tender description

The University of York (‘the University’) is pleased to invite tenders for the provision of clinical research organisation services in accordance with the UY/PROC/657 invitation to tender (ITT) document. The aim of the study is to assess the safety and efficacy of single dose vaccination with ChAd63-KH for the prevention of PKDL in VL patients completing treatment with SSG/PM. The study is designed as a Phase II randomised controlled double blind trial (LEISH3; n = 262 patients in 2 arms) with an early safety evaluation and an interim analysis for futility.
