Tender description

Durham University has completed award of an executive recruitment framework to support the recruitment of temporary, fixed-term and permanent senior roles within the University. The framework agreement is for a period of three (3) years in total with the possibility of a further 12-month extension, subject to performance and business requirements. The framework will be structured in the following way: Lot 1: Senior Academic Roles; Lot 2: Executive Roles; Lot 3: Senior Professional Roles; Lot 4: Non-Executive Roles; Lot 5: Specialist Professional Roles; Lot 6: Executive or Senior Interim Roles. The University have appointed three suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — head of school/department/institute, — dean, — head of college, — head/deputy head of faculty, — other senior academic roles. The University have appointed 3 suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — Vice-Chancellor and Warden, — Deputy Vice-Chancellor, — Provost, — Vice-Provost, — Executive Dean, — Pro Vice-Chancellor, — Chief Operating Officer, — Chief Financial Officer, — Chief Information (or Digital) Officer, — University Secretary. The University have appointed 3 suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — Director/Head of Human Resource, — Director/Head of Procurement, — Director/Head of Estates, — Director/Head of Marketing/Communications, — Director/Head of Fundraising or Engagement or Advancement, — Director/Head of Specialist Finance Function, — Librarian. The University have appointed 3 suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — Chair of Non-Executive Board/Council in HE or a Similarly Complex Environment, — Non-Executive Positions in HE or a Similarly Complex Environment. The University have appointed 2 suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — specialist senior project managers, — specialist senior finance colleagues/accountants, — specialist senior procurement professionals, — specialist senior healthcare professionals (counselling, occupational health or mental health support, etc). The University have appointed 2 suppliers to this lot to support the University in the search/recruitment activities of the following roles: — professional roles, colleges or departments, — academic roles, — UEC roles, — other roles.
