Tender description
LCC are seeking to engage a company to provide Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solution for this event, within the Pier Head area only. Liverpool's Waterfront is one of the most iconic locations in the UK, and the communities on both sides of the Mersey have a unique relationship with what it and the river represent. We are in the initial stages of planning this year’s annual fireworks event with a date confirmed as the 3rd November. Keywords: hostile, vehicle, safety, event
