HM Land Registry Co-sourced Internal Audit Services Provider

Tender description

This contract will provide a vehicle for HM Land Registry's in-house internal audit team to obtain, when required, additional resource to supplement existing internal audit resources. HM Land Registry's requirement is for a co-sourced provider of internal audit services to supplement the in-house team where skills and knowledge gaps are identified and specialist skills are required to provide the necessary assurance to the Accounting Officer. This is most likely to be, but not limited to specialist knowledge and skills relating to: • information and communications technology (ICT) systems, including ongoing operation and maintenance of core ICT systems; cyber security; and use of cloud-based software • regulatory compliance frameworks (for example, General Data Protection Regulations - GDPR) • business continuity and disaster recovery • detailed financial forecasting models • open book accounting and/or forensic accounting Additionally, we may choose to supplement existing internal audit resources with co-sourced provider resources for non-specialist internal audit assignments as required.
