Fire-detection systems

Tender description

The scope of the works are to provide testing and maintenance for Anchor Hanover of the following: — fire alarm testing and maintenance, — emergency lighting testing and maintenance, — automated opening vents and shutters testing and maintenance, — servicing and maintenance of fire safety equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers), — dry riser servicing. Contractors may be asked to carry out a number of installation works as part of this contract. Anchor Hanover have approximately 1 700 locations across England, a number of suppliers are required to deliver these works across regional lots. The contract terms is still to be finalised but is planned to be a long term contract of up to 5 years with extension options. Interested contractors are invited to complete a short request for information (RFI) document to provide input into the structure of the tender.
