Tender description

The County Council is seeking to award a framework agreement, to a single supplier, for the provision of a highway engineering design and consultancy services. This framework will be available to other public body authorities. The requirement of the highways and engineering design consultant is the provision of technical support and the provision of professional and specialist engineering advice and guidance across a wide spectrum including: highways, bridges and structures, waste, planning, archaeology and other similar disciplines.
