Ellington Phase 2, Adopted Roads and Drainage

Tender description

To appoint a sub-contractor to carry out all adopted roads and drainage works as part of the Ellington Phase 2 works which comprises 69 new build dwellings at the former Ellington Colliery, Lynemouth Road, Ellington. The works include the completion of adopted roads and footpaths, adopted drainage, both foul and service and service trenches and duct work including street lighting which are to be constructed following the Coast Engineering drawings attached with the ITT.
