Discharge to Assess (D2A) Provider Event

The London Borough of Bromley would like to invite you to a Service Provider Engagement Event. The event will be held on Monday 7th October 2019 from 9.30am -12.00 noon in the Council Chamber located at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH. The aim of the D2A service is to facilitate a speedy return home from hospital by providing a domiciliary package of care for up to 6 weeks to enable a full assessment of need to take place in the Service Users home environment. The Event is to discuss the Council's intentions to tender for the provision of the 'Discharge to Assess' (D2A) Service and to inform Providers of the proposals for a D2A service in Bromley. It will give providers the opportunity to discuss their views and ask questions prior to the tender process. The Event is open to all current and potential Providers of domiciliary care services.
