Tender description

Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders to establish an ongoing agreement with a suitable leisure operator to develop, manage and maintain the outdoor pitch facilities and pavilion at Southglade Park. The contract and lease agreement will be awarded to one operator for a minimum period of 5 years. Nottingham City Council is able to offer flexibility on the length of the contract depending upon the proposal submitted and the investment return required.
