Tender description
Cabinet approved the introduction of a pilot Rent to Buy scheme at Hardwick on 5th November 2009, as part of a strategy to overcome the impact of the recession. Approval was given to deliver the scheme through a ‘warehousing structure’ with an RSL partner. The appointment relates to 7 properties within the Hardwick Green development. • Carry out viewings • Sign up tenants • Collect rent • Set rent levels every ear • Carry out any maintenance or repairs required (then recharge these back to SBC quarterly) • Carry out void inspections where required • Invoice SBC quarterly and transfer monies collected to SBC
