BIG001-1044 Research to support VCSE sector organisations 2019 - CCS RM6018

Tender description

This contract will build on other research we commissioned last year, specifically: - Research with grant holders and funding staff about their experiences of and aspirations for monitoring and evaluation. This identified a number of improvements (both in terms of processes and guidance) which are now being developed. - Research with other funders to understand how they support their grant holders around data and evidence. This identified potential approaches to support that the Fund could take. - Research to map all of the existing outcomes frameworks and measures/scales that are relevant for VCSE sector organisations We will provide the findings from these pieces of research to the successful bidder. This research will fill a specific insight gap about: - the broad data and evidence needs of the VCSE sector - what support different organisations need around data and evidence to meet their organisational goals - how we should prioritise our resources to support this.
