Tender description

Leicester City Council would like to invite economic operators (‘Tenderers’) to submit a tender response (‘the Tender’) on the terms set out in the invitation to tender (‘ITT’) for selection of a single contractor (‘the Supplier’) to provide an income and payment management solution and associated services (‘the Services’), on a non-exclusive basis as called-off additional functionality that maybe required over the term of ten (10) years in accordance with terms and conditions set out in Schedule 2 (‘the Contract’). The system will be required to take customer balances from various host systems and facilitates payments through a variety of channels. Transactional data will need to be fed back to the host systems in addition to the main accounting system.
