Tender description

The University of York wishes to award a framework agreement made up of three suppliers for the provision of water treatment and testing services, including tank cleaning for domestic and commercial systems located at the University of York Heslington Campus. As well as being able to test and treat water systems, the successful suppliers must also be able to work on closed secondary heating systems. This procurement is to establish a framework agreement with 3 suppliers for the provision of water treatment, testing, and tank cleaning. The services will include working on secondary heating systems. The framework shall be established for an initial period of 2 years, and it is anticipated that the contract shall commence on the 1.12.2019, with an option to extend the agreement by up to a further 2 years. The University currently has a budget of 130 000 GBP p.a. for the provision of these services.
