The Reference Laboratories are seeking to install a Whole Genome Sequencer within the Microbiology Department at St James’s Hospital. The equipment must be a hands-free single integrated sequencing machine which is easy to use and allows multiplexed sample preparations with a capability for up to 15-Gb data output.
