NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG and County Council in Surrey are planning what children and young people's emotional wellbeing and mental health services should be available in future. Surrey CCGs and Surrey County Council are planning to issue a combined Invitation to Tender (ITT) for these services. Commissioners are keen to provide the market with a high level overview of the context and scope of the proposed service model and to discuss and seek feedback on elements of the commercial and procurement approaches.
