Tender description
The contract includes services for the development and implementation of a Manulab IdeaLab for the research at IHB. The tenderer must develop and implement the procurement of a future Manulab in accordance with IHB's requirement specification. The contract´s totale value is estimated to 7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority emphasises that the exceptions in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §13-2 b, c and apply to the contract.
