Tender description
Homes in Sedgemoor are seeking a suitable contractor to provide maintenance and servicing for all heating systems within the HIS property portfolio. Homes in Sedgemoor tenants are provided with a same day repair service under this contract tenderers must be able to maintain this arrangement as part of this contract. A 4 year contract is proposed with an option to extend this by up to 4 further years.
