St Mungo's (as the Contract Authority) intends to enter into a JCT (design and build contract) for the provision of construction services at 113 & 115 Cedars Road, London SW4 0PW. In selecting a Design & Build contractor St Mungo's is seeking a party that best demonstrates an understanding of our objectives, has appropriate skills and resources, and can demonstrate experience of delivery in a comparable setting. In delivering this project, both parties will work together to finalise the design of the accommodation to both parties' satisfaction. Concept Designs available on request. This Prior Information Notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the Buildings and Civil engineering market.
