Tender description

Lancashire County Council is procuring a framework agreement to produce and deliver external print goods to multiple locations across Lancashire. The framework agreement will commence from 1 October 2019 and will be for an initial two year period, with the option to extend for up to a further two years. The framework agreement comprises of three Lots: Lot 1 (Sheet-fed print medium-high volume), Lot 2 (Sheet-fed print low volume), Lot 3 (Exhibition materials). Six suppliers have been awarded a place the framework agreement for each of Lot 1 and Lot 2, and five suppliers have been awarded a place on the framework agreement for Lot 3. Sheet- fed print – medium-high volume jobs typically job quantities ranging from 2 500 to 10 000 copies. The provision of a high quality digital and litho printing which will include medium to large print runs and quick turnaround times. It is essential that the suppliers appointed to this lot are able to fulfil short timescales. Examples include but are not limited to posters, folders, flyers, leaflets, booklets, brochures, NCR Pads, postcards, self-adhesive labels/stickers, and personalised mailings. Exhibition materials. The provision of high quality display graphics using a variety of substrates and finishes, this may include gloss, canvas, vinyl and PVC, to fulfil the presentational requirements of the Authority. Examples include but are not limited to window graphics, roller banners, PVC boards, PVC outdoor banners, portable pop up exhibition display kits, mounted and flat cut letters and magnet sheets (cut to shape).
