UU currently has an in-house photography resource therefore the contract will be used when the internal resource is not available. The contract comprises two geographical Lots, and it is UU wishes to appoint no more than 5 competent and qualified photographers to each lot on ranked framework for 2 years with provision for 2 x up to 12month extensions to provide photographic services to support its PR campaigns as outlined in Section 4 There is the need for photography to promote a wide range of UU initiatives with a multi campus remit at the addresses below: • Jordanstown Campus – Shore Road Newtownabbey BT37 0QB • Coleraine Campus – Cromore Road Coleraine BT 52 1SA • Magee Campus – Northland Road Londonderry BT48 7JL • Belfast Campus – York Street Belfast BT15 1ED There may also be a future requirement to utilise other premises within Northern Ireland and contractors will be advised in advance. The jobs typically include photo calls for events and launches and support press releases, features, web articles, Ministerial communications and social media.
