Tender description

The Council are currently tendering for a tenants federation in Rotherham for a 4 year period. Tenders are sought from providers with a proven track record and demonstrable experience of working with diverse communities, managing and continuously developing a comprehensive tenant support organisation. The contract is expected to commence on 1.4.2020 for a period of up to 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months x 2. We expect the appointed tenant federation to provide their own premises within Rotherham which are easily accessible to tenants. The estimated value of the contract is in the region of 160 000 GBP per year funded from the Council’s HRA (Housing Revenue Account). It is therefore imperative that the contract demonstrates excellent value for money and demonstrable and tangible benefits to Council tenants.
