Tender description

The Department for International Trade is seeking a provider(s) for development of a robust, easy-to-use single and Multi-Market Partial Equilibrium Model that will include ability to model imports and exports allowing for imperfect substitutes between imports from different countries (using Armington elasticities) and substitution between domestic production and imports. Contract duration will be for an initial twelve (12) month period with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of three (3) months (i.e. a maximum of eighteen (18) months).
