Why the Work is Being Done • Development of a new front-end website • Development of back end infrastructure replicating and enhancing current systems • Migration of existing data and content • Testing and deployment of new solution, including user testing (supported by the Hub) • 2 year support contract following initial deployment • Host two internship positions for 3 months to support Salford University (Paid by MFT) Any IP created or developed by the successful bidder should be disclosed and the full ownership should be transferred, along with control of any associated digital or physical infrastructure, to the GM Health and Social Care Careers Hub. Problem to Be Solved Very tight timescale work ideally needs to stat End October. Who Are the Users - Resources, Links & information relevant to organisations & learners who wish to engage with the hub. - Aimed at staff & Ambassadors who wish to be involved in careers engagement activity. - The site has a number of functions which are tailored to individual users based on factors such as their location. - Extensive back-end functionality which enables the team to conduct a variety of administrative and communication task. - Client management application, holding data on all the organisations - Functionality to manage & coordinate volunteer support for events requested by schools & colleges. - Monitor & report activity.
