Tender description
This tender requirement was abandoned prior to a contract award decision. STFC BID ITAC require a new benchtop profiler sittings on its own integrated bench. It is a white light interferometer microscope for sample surface inspection and measurement based in the ITAC MNT R1 clean room facilities specialised in semiconductor processing and characterisation. Supply of white light scan interferometer.
