Tender description

National Grid are seeking providers to express an interest in the provision of an employee survey by the 8.10.2019. The survey is intended to (but not limited to) informs us how our employees feel, provides insight into our culture, act as catalyst for change and provides an opportunity for our employees have a voice. Following an expression of interest, providers maybe invited to tender at the sole discretion of National Grid. Any subsequent tender event will not be subject to the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 in accordance with Regulation (16). Annual survey for ~23,000 employees based in the UK and US. Approximately, 6 000 of those employees are UK based while the remaining employees are located in the US. The scope may include the development of questions, strategy review reporting and presentations to National Grid executives.
