NNational Grid UK Ltd are seeking a UK only flexible benefits service provider. The service provision should be tailored to provide a smaller number of ‘exceptional’ benefits in line with our focus on employee well-being (such as PMI, holiday buy/sell and pensions contributions), as well as those taken up through salary sacrifice, integrated with the opportunity for employees to engage with and take up market competitive voluntary benefits and retail discounts. The service provider will provide a platform which can integrate with existing National Grid systems and employees should be able to access benefits in one place giving greater opportunity for integration and promotion of these benefits. The new provider will also provide MI and brokering services to ensure market alignment, particularly in regard to PMI. The supplier should also have the ability to provide total reward statements, if required. National Grid UK Ltd are seeking a UK only flexible benefits service provider. Suppliers must be able to achieve mobilisation completion by the opening of National Grid UK’s Flexible Benefits window in November 2020. The contract duration is expected to be a minimum of 3 year initial term with extension options but will be confirmed through the tender process.
