Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) wishes to establish a 4-year multi-operator framework agreement for mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering consultancy services for all works projects and other professional M&E engineering services requirements that arise during the lifecycle of the framework agreement. The initial project (and the project used to establish the multi-operator framework agreement) is the STEM quadrangle development project.
