Tender description

The British Council are looking to procure approximately 3 300 computers (laptops, all-in-ones and desktops) that we will then be deploying with Windows 10 Enterprise. We are looking for a participant supplier for Microsoft Autopilot, valid from 1.7.2019. This will form part of the British Council deployment strategy. We are looking for a global provider of business grade equipment, capable of delivering to British Council offices worldwide. It is anticipated that the contract will run for 12 months, but maybe extended to 24 months. Call-off of the indicative volume of 3 300 units will take place during the early part of year 1, with a potential for some small volumes during the remainder of year 1. Year 2 volumes are not yet known, but could be in the region 2 000 units.
