Tender description

The aim of the weight management programme is to increase the number of people in Tower Hamlets who are supported in losing weight, eat healthily and to support people in achieving their weight loss goals in order to reach and maintain a healthy weight. For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition at this stage, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming procurement of London Borough of Tower Hamlets weight management provision, communicate the market the results of the recent market testing exercise and seek further ideas to form the specification. Following the abandonment of a previous procurement exercise and having undertaken a supplier market testing and survey exercise the Council is holding an event to engage with potential providers and let them know of the supplier feedback, changes affected to the previous proposed service and warm the market of the forthcoming tender opportunity.
