Tender description

This is an opportunity for creative forward thinking and innovative organisations to work collaboratively and in partnership with Dudley MBC to meet the: information, advice and advocacy needs of Citizens within Dudley. Overall the contract will cover the following services: advice and information, signposting, advocacy (all ages including statutory advocacy) direct payment support (all ages) personal assistance support, services and activities that support healthy ageing, promoting independence and well-being self-management programme and the Young Commissioners Group. Due to the transformational and innovative requirement, Dudley MBC will use the 'Competitive Dialogue' procurement route under the ‘Light touch Regime’. This exercise is being conducted in electronic format. Documents will be published to the Dudley MBC Black Country Business website.
