Tender description

The Authority are looking to contract with a supplier for a fully managed Moodle service including hosting and support based on the current Moodle Version 3.5 platform with the ability to implement future iterations/releases as they become available. As part of the relationship the Authority will require consultancy to assist in developing the new Moodle installation that incorporates the current data (users and courses). The services to be provided by the Certified Moodle Partner are as follows, and the Tenderer must include details for all of the below requirements, and any pricing that is attached within the tender response. Hosting • Hosting of a pre-production environment. • Hosting of the production environment. • Deployment of updates/patches/upgrades on Moodle application. Hosting-related and additional services • Administration and Data Centre tasks. • Moodle support (Administrator and Technical). • Moodle consultancy, design, and site development. • Moodle Training sessions (Course Creator and Administration etc.…).
