Building Positive Relations – Ethnic Minority Integration Programme: design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority Integration programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority integration programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. The programme will comprise two inter-linked elements: integration projects and cross-border intercultural events as part of the Ethnic Minority Integration Programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan. The project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU programmes Body.
