Tender description

Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of a framework agreement for refurbishment of void properties within the Council’s housing stock of approximately 3 500 properties. The Council deals with circa 250 void housing properties per annum. Void works for North Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the coast) Up to 8 000 GBP. Void works for North Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the coast) 8 001 GBP to 50 000 GBP. Void works for South Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the south) Up to 8 000 GBP. Void works for South Denbighshire (A55 corridor to the south) 8 001 GBP to 50 000 GBP.
