Tender description
Halton Borough Council are looking for an organisation/individual to run the delivery of the Borough of Culture Programme and the Programme Delivery. The organisation/individual will be required to devise and deliver a coherent, and dynamic programme of arts activity as part of Halton’s year as Borough of Culture – ‘Celebrate Halton’ in 2021, with a view to expanding community participation and building Halton’s cultural capacity as a catalyst for the future.
