Tender description

Carmarthenshire County Council, on behalf of Grwp Cefn Gwlad Local Action Group, the partnership with responsibility for the management of the Leader programme in Carmarthenshire, wishes to invite tenders from interested organisations to develop a strategic rural towns Wi-Fi Carmarthenshire pilot initiative under the ‘Exploitation of Digital Technology’ RDP LEADER theme in rural Carmarthenshire. The Leader 2014 – 2020 programme is funded through the Rural Development Plan for Wales (RDP) as part of the Welsh Government and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
