The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust is planning an open tender contest for a framework agreement regarding transport of patients inside and outside of Drammen municipality for Vestre Viken Hospital Trust. The market conference is being held 27.9.2019 (9.00-15.00). Meet at Pasientreiser's premises in Drammen. The agenda of the conference: 1) Information about the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust; 2) Information about the future conference; 3) Information about progress; 4) Review and discussions related to the requirement specification; 5) Miscellaneous. The registration for participation in the conference shall be made via the communication module in Mercell by 20.9.2019 (14.00). 1.1.2020 Svelvik, Drammen and Nedre Eiker municipalities merger to one large municipality: Drammen municipality. A new call for tenders for the contract ‘transport of patients inside and outside of Drammen municipality’ is therefore required. The tender contest are divided into the following lots: — within Drammen municipality, internal municipal trips, — outside Drammen municipality, trips that cross the municipality border. Tenders may be submitted for 1 or both lots. A contract will be entered into with 1 tenderer of patients’ trips inside Drammen municipality, and with 1 tenderer for patients’ trips outside Drammen municipality. It is also possible to award both lots to only 1 tenderer.
